| Shall
I go to India in April or October. What will I eat today, shall I make
something or order take out. My father tells me I only have luxury problems
and maybe he is right. Why should I have to worry about anything? In the Netherlands we live in luxury. It is save to walk in the streets at night, if you don’t have a job there is social welfare, enough food, clean water and a good health system. Why should we have to worry about anything? Is it in the nature of humans of wanting to improve, to learn, and grow. Always thinking how can we can do better. With the consequence that we are always looking at the things that are not good, the things we can improve. We can become blind of the wonderful things we have. To have a great life but not being able to see it because we think things should be different, better. Gratitude for the things we have, for what is present, what ever it is. Not wanting to change anything makes us appreciate life the way it is. |
