Nothing stays the same even if you want it to.

Holding on to everything there is, so nobody dies, you don’t loose your job and nobody gets sick.

But even if you don’t want it to you can’t change it. Changes are like dead and birth.
The things you know disappear and are being replaced by new things. It is the circle of life.

But it is scary not to know what that new thing is. It is easier to hold on to the things you know.
But like I said you can’t change it because every moment is different and everything is moving and changing by itself.

So move along with the rhythm of life without being frustrated about wanting to change something you can’t change namely changes.
