Diary of a nun

Diary of a nun is an unique book that was created during my stay at an art workspace at Hällefors in Sweden.

My stay in this large old school building inspired me to make this book.
Because of the isolated location and the size of this big building with only a few people in it, gave me the feeling I had entered a convent, in isolation.

The symbolism and the history of this place match the theme of the book. I mixed my experience of the place with it.

Diary of a nun is a loose-leaf book with a special cover in the shape of a cross. You can fold it in to close the book into a square.
